Purchase credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are governed by the written Rent Credit Agreement. The Rent Credit Program is not a financing or loan program. Any purchase or financing is subject to separate agreements and approvals, if applicable.

Monthly Rent & Community Guidelines:
Monthly Rent: $999 (utilities and other applicable charges are separate)
Security Deposit: $999. Refundable in accordance with the lease and applicable law.
Community Admission: Residency remains contingent upon standard background screening and park application approval.
Utilities: Tenant pays water, sewer, and trash. Electric service is set up directly with Evergy; internet is arranged with the tenant's provider of choice.
Applicant Requirements:
Income: Verifiable income is considered as part of the application review.
Credit: Credit history is considered as part of the application review.
Employment & Screening: Stable employment or other verifiable income, plus background and rental history screening. Applications are reviewed using our standard screening criteria and applicable law.
Pets: Dogs permitted up to 35 lbs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, Mastiffs, and Wolf Hybrids. Dogs must be leashed in common areas and may not be tied outside unattended. Pet restrictions apply. Please see our written pet policy.
